Henry –
For a meeting with City staff I think it is important for Fran Hug, Aaron Grams (sediment and erosion control), and your consultant (CFSE?) to be included. As long as these people can be there I can try to schedule a meeting for next week if you like. Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday afternoon might work.
CFS Engineers can probably tell you most of what you need to know, but I can arrange the meeting if you want.

It's my understanding that a land disturbance greater than one acre requires an NOI from KDHE and a city land disturbance activity permit. I think a meeting to disucss this your plan in more detail could be helpful. If you're interested in scheduling a time, Mike can help assist with that.
